I would like to cancel an order?

If an order status is showing as pending contact us straight away and if the order has not yet been sent we will cancel and full refund you.

I would like to return an item?

If you have changed your mind after receiving the order you may return the order within 7 days of the receipt of goods. You will have 30 days from the order date to return the goods to as your own cost (faulty goods can be returned for free). Please use the contact us page to advise if you would like to return an item.
